Return and Exchange Policy
We will do our best to satisfy all our customers for return and exchange. Please contact us firstly, we need to know what problem it is, and try to fix it. If your problem can’t be solved, we will be happy to accept the return or exchange. Please keep the item in the original status, NOT been cut, washed and altered. Custom made orders can not be exchanged and returned. Return or exchange without communication will be rejected, please DO contact us.
How To Return?
You must contact us (sales@persephonewigs.com) to request a return for exchange within 7 days after you received the package. No return is processed after 7 days.
After the return for refund request has been authorized, ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we gave you. You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is cheaper if use Post Office.
$30 will be deducted.
How To Exchange?
Rush Exchange:
You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back.
Place a new order online , we will send your new purchase after payment received
When we receive the eligible returned product, we'll issue FULL refund. No any restocking fee.
Standard Exchange:
You must contact us (sales@persephonewigs.com) to request a return for exchange within 7 days after you received the package. No exchange are processed after 7 days.
After the return for exchange request has been authorized, ship the wigs and the exchange form back to the address we gave you. You are also responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $10-$20 for U.S. customer.
30% restocking fee will be applied to the second-time exchange process.
