- item arrived quickly (about four days) - hair was soft and the curls were pretty and bouncy and it didn’t tangle much when taken straight out of the box and combed through; however, the more you comb/brush it the more the curls begin to loosen to a wavy style - also after plucking/tweezing it tends to shed a lot but I have no issues with tangling. I’ve had this hair for almost a month now and I still love it. plus it takes to heat very well! especially when straightened. i’d deffo buy from them again

- This hair is great! Soft, no tangling and lots of body. The sellers kept good communication and answered all of my questions promptly, even with the time difference. I will definitely be buying more for them and would totally recommend this brand. I will post more pics once installed
